Watching the World Cup in Spain

I guess most of you Med dwellers are sorted but Das Erste and ZDF are showing all the World Cup matches on Astra 1B 19.2E however I would like to listen in English. With five live blocked outside the UK and not wanting to subscribe to a VPN (I think they are called) is there another option?

With the very slow free marina wifi I'm going to be struggling to get voice only. I'd be happy to subscribe to the BBC for extended use. I think they have lost the plot on their subscription model.
