Watch the east coast winds

Further to my reply to Chris Robbs post about gales on the south coast on Saturday, though I would post this heads up for those sailing on the east coast on Saturday and Sunday.

Early thoughts are that there could be a brisk N-NNE wind and this may be at F6-F7 gusting F8 in places on Saturday afternoon, although they should ease back overnight.

Something to watch out for.

East coast winds (updated 1210)

Latest now suggest N-NNW F6 gust F7 on Saturday.
