Sauce for duck, with bananas.
INGREDIENTS

2 apples
4 bananas
1/2 cup water
1 small stick cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
Pare apples and bananas and cut in small pieces.
Add water and cinnamon, and cook until soft.
Take out cinnamon, rub through a sieve and add sugar.
