is it possible to travel from the wash to the broads via the inland waterways?

Just wondering - am considering spending the autumn around the wash and the winter on the broads and wondered if there was a way to get between the two without going around the outside

The Sea slug draws less than 2 foot so draft is not a problem

Ooh, a winter on the broads with no bloody cruising boats doing 6 knots in a desperate effort to see has much of the broads as they can in their allotted week away from the rat race, yet by amusing consequence their haste means they actually miss most it's beauty. That would be perfect. :)

I think you're going to be stuffed for getting there from the Wash though.

Nothing shown on current waterway maps, just empty space, not even any 'unnavigable' or 'under restoration' sections. And it's over 80 NM from King's Lynn around the coast to Great Yarmouth.
