Thanks for the bits of information was thinking of a personal visit to deliver his christmas greetings.

He still owes me a control box for a Mariner o/b the boats been sat waiting to go for months now.

Dosn't answer his phone or E-Mails. Probably best to only deal with him if you can collect, inspect and pay cash.

no need to start arguing among ourselfs over it.This guy needs stopping from trading by a spell behind bars ideally.

My suggestion is use the strength in numbers approach.

Use the rib forum and these forums to make a list of ripped off customers.Send a copy of your list and each grievance to Trading Standards in his town and the police.

This guy is so disorganized and inept at running the business that there is some humour in it but in my opinion what he does goes beyond ineptness and into crime ,obviously its not funny to those he has ripped off.

you may find a depth of talent amongst the group of people he has let down ie someone may know or be a lawyer of some sort.Someone else could be in the police.Someone else may be an out and out thug /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gifbut that method is more likely to end up costing you than him.

Good luck.This bar steward needs stopping.It also confirms to me how weak e Bay can be in these cases.

How sad, instead of realising your post may have been a bit tasteless you resort to attacking me and confirm it by quoting dictionary definitions.

I joined this group recently because it seemed to be populated by a nice crowd of people such a shame to meet the exception so soon.

To the rest of the Forum my apoligies I agree this bickering does not show the Forum in a very good light as far as I am concerned this matter is closed. I will return to Ribnet and encouraging Cooper to face up to his obligations. Thanks for the common sense comments of others in the thread.

It is bloody annoying that these sort of "traders" don't seem to subject to any useful laws.
This guy has a long way to go to reach the dizzy heights of This Bloke. who has at last been arrested. But where will it go?
