Warm, toasty waterproof boots - Dubarry or other?

Bought a pair Quayside boots from Force 4 for about £60 and they've been excellent. In that time they've probably had a season's heavy use and no signs of any problems at all. Not knocking Dubarry's but I can't honestly see what they'd do better for me.

I use Dubarrys in the summer, but riggers boots in the winter.
For a cheap functional alternative I definitely recommend riggers boots (I use them all day at work anyway, on and off pontoons and boats)

Quayside boots do me fine, 'tho I tend to wear them with sealskinz socks for extra breathable waterproofness ;-)

Someone bought me some Sealskinz gloves a couple of years ago - they're no substitute for (i.e. not as hardwearing as) normal sailing gloves, but a very good compromise between fingerless "gripping/pulling" gloves and thick "helmsman's" gloves (whatever they are - I just wear old ski gloves for that)
