On our way back up through Wargrave yesterday they seemed to have completed preparations.
Good signage and a clear channel for other craft marked out. Coming down stream from Shiplake Lock you're moved over to the right at the bridge, alongside the boats moored at Bushnells then through until the bend approaching the George & Dragon where the restrictions end.
Seems like a very small area....but well prepared.
