If you need some replacement aluminium-framed window I would suggest speaking to Andy at South-East Marine Windows ( http://www.semarinewindows.co.uk/ ).
I have used them in the past and they are now making up some replacement windows for my CO32.
Nothing special needed here, but the Sadler's windows are toughened glass which doesn't UV damage. Remove the aluminium frames from the outside and withdraw inner frame and glass together. You will then find two small fishplates, top and bottom in the outer edges of the two parts of the frame which are attached with small machine screw- remove those and you can then part the two halves of the frame and extract the window glass.
You might try this outfit, for replacements and neoprene window seals, who are closer to you and come well recommended by others
Whatever you do, don't refix windows glass with Sikaflex, for if the job needs to be done again sometime, you will have the devil's own job parting the glass from the frames
Use something like Arbosil 1096(this sealant and another from the same range will deal with aluminium frames)
Out of interest, when have you posted a query on Mike Lucas' site? I'm on it virtually every day and don't recall any queries on this subject.
There is plenty of information on the site about refurbishment of windows, either DIY or by others. I have posted on the subject several times, in considerable detail. Many owners have used specialists to repair theirs. Or, if a poster above is having some made up for a Co32 it seems very likely that could make new ones for you, as the window mouldings appear to be very similar to those of a Sadler 26
Sorry for the delay i have been away. the Sad 26 has not had the windows fitted and it just doesn't look right. So need both units with all the moldings.
The M Lucas site does mention window manufactures but when contacted wanted silly money! I was hoping someone had a set lying around in there garage!!

I assume you followed up the suggestion to try S.E. Marine Windows. It might be worth trying Seaclear Windows (formerly Salford House Sevices) in Sevenoaks. I went there several years ago and they did have some capability to make new frames although their main business is refurbishing existing ones. You would have to supply a template I guess.
