Wanted Ads

I'm looking for a 36' Hallberg, Moody or Westerly & would like to put out some wanted ads. I've placed one on the YBW Wanted Forum & would be grateful for some other suggestions. The mags seem to have quite long lead times. TIA

Have you searched on the YBW boats for sale index because I would expect to find lots of 36ft moody's westerely's etc to be for sale at this time of the year.

Dave's right - the boats-for-sale on this site is the best way to go - when we sold our boat it was on the site a couple of days after we gave the brokers the details, and never appeared in any magazine.

There's also a really useful service where you put in the criteria you want and it emails you once a week with anything new that matches that, so you don't miss the latest additions.

What this doesn't get, of course, is the private seller looking to avoid brokers fees, but that's just a matter of scanning the classified ads and putting word around clubs / marinas etc that you are looking.
