There must be a huge demand for a decent Marina east of Torquay. A tiny one at Exmouth with a huge waiting list for residents and that's about it. Anyone with a spare £20m fancy investing? Just feels like from Dawlish to Lyme Regis is crying out for something a little more than an estruary?

You say that like there's anything in Lyme Regis or east of there before you get to Weymouth...

There's nothing of any significance between Portland and Torquay, really.

You're right. I just haven't bothered driving that far looking yet. It is a bit rubbish really. Surely there is a demand admittedly not in every town, but one or two between Dawlish and Weymouth. The Americans wouldn't allow it you know!
