Yes i remember her she was moored on the hammeread on C pontoon at mercury for a few years, owned buy a very nice guy called Ian really into his classics had a couple of yachts as well, lived on the hamble and spent bucket loads on her, a stunning boat went on her a few times a credit to Ian. she was up for sale for about 3 yrs and finally got sold not sure where she went to, brings back many memories of my early days at mercury.

Apparently those outboards have now done 1000 hours and are coming off. The 12v 71's are to be recommissioned.

were the detroits onboard (complete with axles/props) during the period the vessel was running with the COXes or was it 3tons lighter?

AFAIK the engines are in place, the shafts were drawn and the A brackets removed.
