Not seen this mentioned anywhere (but I maybe wrong).

Robin Lustig (Ex-BBC Radio 4 etc) has walked the Thames from it's source.

I have now done Reading to Tower Bridge. A cracking ride but be prepared to go ( literally ) round the houses at times.
