Does anyone have a mooring at Waldringfield on the River Deben I could use occasionally over the winter? LOA 9.7m, draft 1.5m.

We had a boat there on a swinging mooring a couple of decades ago. Why not just ask Warderingfield Boatyard. Also we found that we were either setting out with the tender in the mud or returning in the mud. We couldn’t give the boat a good wash and deteriorisation was significant. That said the Deben is a beautiful river. There is a decent marina at the Woodbridge end of the Deben with high water access. That would be my choice.
