Hello everybody.
I have a Webasto airtop 2000 which has performed without fault for eight years, recently though I have been getting a ten light fault code which I understand Is a overheat warning, this seems to cover a couple of faults which I need to try and sort out. Are there an tests which I can do to try to find where the problem lies.

Any dealer can plug in and "see" what's going on. But first things to check are that you haven't crushed the inlet or outlet pipes. I see this quite a lot especially if they run though lockers.

You could remove both pipes so it is just the webasto with no air pipes connected, turn main power off or pull fuses for a few minutes then re-apply power and turn back on. See if this solves the issue.

Also my AIRTRONIC D4 recently developed a AF094 fault which translates into REPLACE THE BLOODY ECU !!!!
I suspect it is associated with the battery system since at night when solar panels don't charge and battery cherger is off and when the V of the banks drop to a regular 12.6/12.7 then it would still work randomly after a couple of error resets while during the day I get slam-dunk on the spot by the infamous AF094.

A sad story that a new ECU is worth around 400 Euro alone.
