w/screen washer jet

Anybody any idea where I can get one of these from ie washer jet (it's on a Nimbus 29c) .
It looks like the top might unscrew but I suspect it will be fragile, and access to the back of it looks tricky.
Any bright ideas for a minimal job welcome.

thanks for the links: I'm probably hoping for too much in that I was not wanting to replace the washer jet as access to the back looks terrible.
