VP replacement keys on line at a sensible price

Not sure what a VP is..
Sounds like a bargain. I was recently quoted £500-750 for replacing a single Range Rover Evoque key. You can't just get a new key - a good chunk of electronics in the car also needs to be replaced. The upper price was for replacement of two circuit boards which is required if there has been any malicious scanning of the wireless devices.
Luckily for me, the "lost" key turned up.

VP Volvo Penta marine engine

you're on the wrong forum ?

Ford[ wanted similar for one. I brought the blank off of eBay for around $15 and a localish independent shop cut the new one and a
non transponder spare for another $100 - took about 20 mins including programming the car.
