Hello everyone; I am new to the community!
First of all, we have verified that the transmission from the crown of the SDrive to the propeller is correct.
Then we have disconnected the cable that goes from the morse to the selector; we manually put the selector forward with the engine off; then we turn it on and it pulls perfectly.
Next we turn off the engine and put in reverse, also manually and also in reverse it pulls perfect.
Now, when we first start the engine and THEN put forward or reverse directly from the selector, there is NO TRACTION whatsoever in both gears.
Our mechanic is now checking the module (see photos) investigating the cause ... we assume that the discs may be worn.
Any help, guidance or comment is appreciated
