Volvo timing

Hi folks
wondered if anyone has access to the following engineering info
i need to set the fuel injection timing on a volvo aqad31a
i have a discription of the procedure in a volvo engine manual but it does not tell me the reading i am looking for on the dial gauge

You can down load the info from the net but you will need numbers off the pump sometimes as there are pages of them, which I have, do you also have the correct dti gauge and adapters as some pumps are not the same on the cam plate as automotive pumps.
