Volvo service recommendations in the south east?

Hi all, can anyone recommend me a Volvo service agent/dealer in the south east. I thought Volspec were quote good but I've rung them a few times now and you can't get past their lady on reception and despite her promises nobody calls me back.

If you don't need a franchised Volvo service agent (if your engines are out of warranty) Volvopaul's your man.

Thanks but when I contacted him some while back it was out of his area. Yes, they are out of warranty though.
