hi folks
i have a twin engined mobo with tamd 74,s
on a recent trip the stbd engine shut down by itself
i restarted by removing the relays and reseating
and by pulling the fuse .
the edc panel flashes up the code 5.1 which is starter relay open circuit / short circuit.
the problem has since resurfaced and i have tried swapping over the relays from the good engine to no avail
i have also swapped the starter key switches and the plugs
i have checked the plugs on the engine harness and there free of corrosion
any suggestions please
