Volvo Penta Service Bulletin wanted

Over the winter I am going to strip and clean both the charge air cooler and the Heat Exchanger/Oil Cooler on my D6-330s. I have a workshop manual and so things are nicely laid out on what to do and what to replace, but it refers as follows: NOTICE! For cooling system cleaning, refer to service bulletin 26-0-29 i VPPN.

So my questions is - does anyone have a copy of the service bulletin 26-0-29 I VPPN? Google hasn’t been much help.

Looks like its about flushing with oxalic acid then bicarbonate to neutralise if you change from green to yellow coolant .
Just replace with like for like if I was you .Its corrosion inhibitors the issues they need regular to be replenished.

You are probably on yellow by now anyhow .
