Volvo Penta KAMD supercharger

Hi Folks, just an update, I’ve inspected the supercharger inside and it looks pristine. Turns freely and no indication of bearing failure and rotors clear of each other. Made some inquiries with a specialist engineer company and after some research on their part concluded that due to its design and construction there’s really no serviceable parts. Other than the clutch.
Turned my attention to the clutch, plate clearance within tolerance at 0.55mm and clutch operating with external 12v at connector terminals.

I’m changing both the drive belts as they’re probably the originals. Boat still out of the water at the moment but I’ll do some further checks on the clutch operation when I’m back afloat.
Open to any further thoughts and or checks I could do.
Incidentally I read on some previous threads that having the SC disconnected has no I’ll effects on the 42/43 engines as the pump will manually compensate fuel flow. My boats semi displacement and I often run at or just above displacement speed so might not make that much difference to me. Anyone had any experience running with SC disconnected. Thanks again.
Had to do it on a friends boat before when a belt broke. Ran fine but was (obviously) a LOT longer to get on the plane.
