Hi,

I've identified an issue with the starter on my KAD32 and would like to remove it for further inspection. I can access two of the mounting screws, but as far as I know, there's a third one located behind the starter, toward the engine, which isn't visible or easily reachable.

Does anyone have a tip for removing the starter without having to take off the intercooler?

Thanks,
Oliver

After further checks, it turned out to be the solenoid.

On the F33, the removal and installation process was fairly straightforward (there is some space to work), so everything is up and running again since yesterday.

I used a 150 mm extension (actually 100 + 50 mm), and while it worked, aligning the starter with the engine block took some time — one side always had a slight gap but, at the end, all was ok :).
