Ive been searching unsuccessfully for the VP D6 310 A-B Workshop Manual and am reaching out to see if anyone would share a copy with me please.
I have a twin engine motor boat in Spain with an engine problem that I'd like to repair on my own. .

Hi thanks for reply. I have an engine overheat problem only at WOT I’ve drained the seawater flushed the heat exchanger with fresh water used a foot pump to blow out this water then back filled with 7 ltr of Rydlyme. There was no fizzing or bubbling so I left it overnight. Still got problem so want to remove heat exchanger next. Must do own repairs as VP dealer in Alicante is not recommended.

The heat exchangers are supposed to be removed, cleaned and re sealed something like every five years. I will need to do this to mine soon but haven't found out much about how to do it. Other than quite a lot of stuff needs to come off.
Is the impeller ok? Any growth in the water intake?

Impeller replaced first. Lift out and scrub paying attention to leg inlets. Thermostat replaced. Rydlyme 2x for 4 hours treatment. So started to remove the heat exchanger almost there.
