Hi all,

Not sure if this is an actual problem yet ,or just something to keep an eye one, but this is what happened.

Started the boat for the first time in a few weeks and as is usual after leaving the boat for a few weeks it took a few more cranks than normal before it fired.

Off we went for about a 30minute trip, then anchored up ,after a few hours i started the engine again, and it fired straight up on pretty much the first crank (like it does if its in regular use) ,however this time it ran for a few seconds then stalled. I wasnt shifting gear ,the engine was just idling in neutral for a few seconds before stalling. I turned the key again and it fired straight up with minimal cranking, and we went home with no more drama.

So this is my question - is this just one of those things, or is it the first sign of a problem?

Any ideas?

Im guessing it could be air in the fuel line, but not sure where the air leak is most likeley to be.
