Funny thing, when you used to ask Google a simple question like, 'what is the base engine used for the AQ211' you used to get an answer !
Now you don't, AI at its best ? So what is the base engine for a AQ211 please ?

AI only trawls the internet for what other people have asked or posted. The engine is a GM 305cI V8 built in the late 80s. Pretty standard stuff made in the hundreds of thousands. spares widely available for the base engine, for example here keypart.com/volvo-penta/petrol-engine/aq211a/19861989

But of course you could have got all this and more by simply googling so maybe you are looking for something else.
