I have a Volvo corrosion prevention system which doesn’t have any LED operating.
I purchased a new unit and green LED lit up and all was good .
Worked for 24 hours then nothing .
Unit has a fuse 1amp and that is still fine
Voltage is 13.2 volts tested at the unit.
I don’t know why it operated fine for a day
Is there any way of checking the output of the unit at terminal A R?A35A7160-535D-4F20-BC7B-8F702C482E9A.jpeg

Any suggestions where I should look
Regards Phil

Check the connections to the anode and to the reference electrode.
Check the earth bonding of your drive

Are you measuring the supply voltage directly on the terminal studs, not just on the cable end terminations?

Id expect to be able to measure the output volts to the anode from the A terminal and also the input from the reference electrode at the R terminal with a digital multimeter, but I dont know what readings to expect.

You might get more help on the Mobo forum as that is where you will be more likely to find other users of the system.
