Volvo Penta 350-V8 throttle

I just bought a 2018 Regal 2300 w/350-V8 Volvo Penta. It jump very quickly from 0 to 3500 rpm’s but from 3500 to 5000 rpm is just a click on the throttle. Is there an easy adjustment for this?
