Volvo Penta 20x0 model C and D differences

Anybody happens to know the difference between the Volvo Penta 2030C and 2030D?

The C model seems to have been produced from 1998 to 2000, and the D from 1998 to 2002.

I've found a workshop manual, which explains the difference between the A, B, and C models, but it doesn't include the D model, which happens to be the one I have on board.

Ok, I managed to find the workshop manual that also contains the D models.
