can anyone tell me where the crank case breather is on a volvo 2003, a member of my club is having problems with what i would think is high crank case pressure ,i said i would try to help .I've not seen the engine and have never worked on one ,so id prefer not to go in totally blind . so any help really would help ,thanks. Its internal

It can be blocked if the valve cover gasket is fitted incorrectly, as you will discover if you read the workshop manual.



I dont know what's inside the valve cover but make sure its not blocked and also the passage in the head
