Volvo Penta 2003 engine mounts?

Can i replace the front engine mounts on my VP 2003 with standard type mounts?

The ones that are on angle in, But one is split

I have some standard ones on another engine

you can use industrial super glue with additional activator to repair most mounts. I repair yanmar ones with this method as they come unstuck on a regular basis.

I can asnwer the OPs original question having tried just that. The answer was "no" - the mixture of new mounts and old mounts did not work and lead to bad vibration. Ended up having to replace the lot. Which if itself wasnt easy cos Volvo had had vibration problems with the engine and had three different mount sets during the engines life. The tech people at Volvo ( you can tell it was a while ago since Volvo would actually talk to their customers then) wrent sure themselves which was best.

The other option was to put a set of mounts on

I am in process of relacing mine, 1984 vintage. The old ones are very flexible compared to the new ones. Would not advise a DIY repair although they are expensive. A loose engine can do a lot of damage.
