She was very happy at 30 knots, I had a very experienced skipper on board and Volvo Paul, both were really impressed not only with her terminal speed but the way she handled the sea. I think the term used was "she went off like a scalded cat"....

We got 40 knots (speedo and GPS) with our clean hulled Four Winns 278 with the D4-300. Only 30 knots later on though.
