I had to drain both engines to get the oil coolers out.

Where as the owners manual is full of info on draining the system it's a bit pauce on refilling it so...

Question 1 - For the fresh water & antifreeze coolant, when filling up is there a air bleed bolt / valve that needs to be loosened. How do I go about checking that there is no air locks? What rough capacity (for a 50-50 premix).

Question 2 - Raw water coolant. Does this need to be topped up and if so from where, or any other procedure i.e. to avoid impeller damage (the impeller sits about a foot above the water line). Do I need to check for any air locks here?

There is no airbleed screw as its selfbleeding, it takes about 19 ltrs to fill the system, it might need a top up after the first run up to operating temp and the thermostat has opened.
Just unscrew the seawater filter cover and fill with water to prime the impellor.

Just fill the coolant very slowly so the air can escape while youre filling. I always loosen up the banjobolt on the thermostat housing ,17mm, to get all the air out.
