Volvo Ignition key panel swiches

My boat has a volvo MD11C; in the cockpit there is a switch board with a temperature gauge , an ignition key switch, two orange lights and two pull out switches. I can't work out the purpose of the two pull out switches any ideas please?

The two pull out switches on the old volvo panels are spare switches which are available for the boat owner to use for other cicuits however they are only live when the key is turned on.

Hi

One switch is to illuminate the switch panel the other is a spare, or is used on another engine model. You might need to replace the bulb if it's doing nothing.
