Volvo Engine Controls

I have what look like the original 1988 Volvo engine controls on my Fairline. The engine setup is twin petrol Volvo 3.0 GLPs.

My question is can I replace the Volvo controls with a Morse MT3? If so, how difficult is it and what else needs to be changed?

Its a straight swop but you have to make a plate for the morse one as its smaller base than the volvo, by the way i have a nice pair of morse ones for sale, pm me if interested.
