Ok out cruising yesterday ,starboard display says check manual so switched off engine started again running fine then warning check engine switched off and went back to port. This morning checked all levels nothing on display it’s running fine, I can’t seem to look up faults on evc should I be able to see it.

Being able to read codes via the screen will depend on the EVC generation, and can only be read if they have occurred during that period of the ignition being on; once switched off & back on, until they occur again you will only be able to retrieve them via Vodia
Do you know your EVC generation? If you can confirm that, and engine s/n or send a photo of the EVC button panel then the procedure for reading codes can be confirmed so at least you’ll be able to read them if it happens again

This is EVC-C. If it’s C1 then you need to navigate to Faults, and then press and hold the minus button for 6-seconds to get into OEM mode for the alpha numeric code to be displayed
If it’s C2 or C3 then when ‘faults’ is displayed, you need to double-press the dial wheel to get the alpha-numeric code onscreen
