Just a heads up for anyone with the above. The bolts that secure the face plate(the part you remove to check/change the impeller) are too short. This can cause the threads to be stripped out on replacing them. This happened on my 2 year old engine (using the correct torque), luckily still under warranty. Volvo have replaced the pump but the new one suffers the same problem. I will replace such bolts with longer ones as the housing is threaded it's full depth. If the same happens out of warranty you will need to heli-coil the casing or drill out to a larger size and re-tap. To avoid the problem I suggest you replace the short bolts with longer ones.
