Does anyone have the name of the head of the Customer Service Department in Volvo? Also it would be most useful if you have their email or postal address.

I don't seem to be making much progress through the dealer network route, so its time to take it up a level and talk to the organ grinder.

If its an engine issue thats in warranty then ring uk head office at watford and ask for tony wilson or Turlouch Breslin, but be carefull not to tell reception who you are or what its about as you may not get through.
