Hi I have a faulty tacho and im looking for a replacement it is the 0 to 5000 larger type with analogue hour display does anyone have one or know where I can get one Many thanks

Sure I recently read a thread ref someone who had the same sort of prob and advice was to place in the airing cupboard for a few days.

You will only get one secondhand they ceased production of that type years ago, the new ones are rubbish with the digital hours display they dont seem to last.
I would fit the vdo ones and fit a separate hour meter if your bothered about service times etc, see vdo website there compatable with your alternators you just programme them with a code when fitted.

I agree. Had mine repaired on the last boat. did not last.
This one replaced both with VDO tach with hour meter for less than the price of 1 new volvo tach.
I do believe I have one working unit left if you want an original
