Volvo 41,42,43,44,300 exhaust backpressure flange

Hi,

I’m seeking to install EGT sensors to my KAMD44’s and noted that the adapter flange #885309 that would provide for it is out of production.

Has someone found an equally simple alternate solution for it? I presume the flange which is being produced (#885164) is for TAMD6x,7x series?

pretty easy to make one, speak to a local machine shop. Then you can have it made to suit your specific EGT sensors

As above, you can buy the threaded collars ready to weld in and all you need is the diameter and thread size as well as material type such as cast steel, mild steel, aluminium, or stainless steel, mark, drill, weld in.
