Can anyone help me out with this, or tell me if they have similar proplems.

I moor in Ocean Village, and last winter, fitted brand new annodes to the legs and stern of the boat. This winter, the annodes have been eaten to bits, which is good, as this means they are working well.

The only downside is, my rear props have shown signs of being eaten as well, it is almost like the annodes on the boat can not cope with the amount of electrolitic action that is going on around them??

Anyone know a possible fix to stop this happening, or do you have the same issue?

Cheers

These legs are notoriously "under anoded" Especially with stainless props. Recommendation is to put double anodes on the lower transom shield (the bar type ones about 4" long and use with extra long bolts) Also put a couple of big bar annodes directly on hull, bonded to 1 to each engine. Good luck!
