Volvo 2003

On the new boat I have a Volvo MD 2003 t engine.
Can anyone give me a web site to get info on this engine or a good/helpful Volvo dealer in the south west who I can talk to.
Any copies of a workshop manual would also be appreciated.

Note I also have loads of info on the lister petter diesel LPW MGR range, if anyone wants.

There's a potential weakness in the oil distribution system of the 2003 Turbo. I have a 1990 2003T and, a couple of years ago, I was lucky to detect a serious oil leak before it resulted in complete engine seizure. There's an external oil pipe on the 2003T, to take oil to the turbo bearings. It bolts on the starboard side of the block, behind the alternator, and wiggles around until it gets to the turbo. The pipe is steel, and can be prone to corrosion. Mine corroded until a pinhole was formed, at which point a couple of litres of oil squirted out under high pressure. It might just be worth having a close look at the condition of that pipe!

I also have a .pdf copy of the 2003 Parts Manual, which is useful because it has exploded drawings of bits of the engine. I downloaded this from the internet, but I can't for the life of me find out where I got it from!
