Viva 700? what do you think

Hi - we are looking for our first sailing yacht. Had a look at the Viva 700 made by Wawer Sails in Poland. Can anybody advise how good this boat is for coastal learning?

Also looking at this boat but cannot find reviews.
Have visited the boatyard and inspected the boat here in Ireland, but I also need to know how well it handles offshore etc. If I find information I will post on the notice board

Very interested in finding out if you ever purchased a Viva 700. We are looking at part exchanging our Etap 23i for one!

Be wary of yachting mag boat reviews.One of them was heavilly sued for criticizing a yacht in a review.Since then they are more constrained in what they will print.
