Visitors to Uk

Hi, I am in the US and monitor two forums this one and cruisers.net over the last few months a lot of enquires about the uk have been posted and I wonder if anyone has the time to look at these and help. It's a computer bug, it's getting everywhere and not even a virus checker or even malawarebytes can get rid of it.
