Visiting Thames & Wey

We're intending to launch at Penton Hook, do the length of the Wey, then a couple od days on the non-tidal Thames.

If you see a little yellow sailing boat with fender boards & no rig, give us a wave.

Launching Tuesday 21st, recovering Mon 27th (May).

Sorry, we'll be upriver then but I'm sure others here will keep an eye open for you.

You'll enjoy the Wey we kept our first cruiser on it for 5 years back in the 1990's.

I will be on the Wey next week, between Town Lock and Coxes Lock, very near The Pelican. If the Burgee is up come and claim your free beer or at least a cup of tea.

Saw you locking through Town Lock Weybridge at about 3.30 today. Would have liked to have had a chat but had a house viewing to get back for.
Very nice hull paintwork by the way. (no pun intended) Hope you enjoyed the tranquillity of the Wey.
