Yes I am enjoying ploughing through other boats when there is no escape route!

Try to hit the windward boat. They've got to show you didn't give them time/room to keep clear. If you hit the leeward boat the onus is on you.

No it seems to do the penalties automatically. Though the only flaw i can see at the moment is a lack of a manual. There are a couple of features i can't quite work out. I did win a race finally after about 25 goes!
