Any participants can choose to enable video or not - interacting with real people could be a positive. Video calls are strange at first, but you very quickly get used to them... I use them a lot at work, and now prefer them to a voice only call.

My main reaon is bEcause I mostly use the iPad without a front camera. And the office is usually a mess!
