He is hoping to make a hefty profit , belive it was for sale for around £250,000 but may be wrong

Henry, think you need to increase your charter rates though :)

"And if your budget doesn’t quite stretch to £725,000, then you might want to consider chartering Virgin Atlantic Challenger II, which is a relative snip at £2,500 per hour."

I had to un-subscribe from their Facebook page, the smell of desperation to sell is starting to get sickening

Best way to get that shifted is a cruise round Somali... no doubt it will only be insured for what he paid, plus perhaps the £100k he has spent, so that will mean at least he will get around half the asking price when its nicked.

It was moored here in Plymouth for a while. I wonder where it is now. I suspect he will be hard pushed to sell at 1/3 of what he's asking. Apart from fast trips around the bay, what can it be used for?

Yep. If you're not going to race it then the best place for it would be a science or transport museum.

trouble is at mid 40knots WOT its too slow & big to race in any popular events I would have thought.. and does not produce any income to make it worth while keeping. I think drug running is the only profitable use for this boat..

Indeed. Given we have 2 bathrooms lots of space, 3 refrigerators, an ice maker, heating and air-con I think we will have to revise our prices. We also make the mistake of charging by the day !

I did enjoy seeing it when we visited Plymouth and whilst you might scoff at the price people have paid a lot more for a lot less in the automotive world. It's quite famous...

Henry :)
