Vintage boat porn

Yep.
The Healey (for that is what Vesper II is) got the Best Restoration Award at the Last Blast event on Windermere. Steve who owns it was well pleased as it wasn't even the Amateur category but the whole Rally and some of the boats were professional rebuilds of Rivas and the like from Lake Geneva. As it was the last big event before the speed limit hit there were more than 200 entries.

Steve now has Colliwobble featured on their front page.

Yes, but they are a bit repetitive as we were trying to get some action shots. I've cropped the lovely scenery out of them and just made a quick site. Some are a bit soft but I could sharpen up any you found useful.

I know where there's one of these:

but I don't think it's for sale. I believe its owner is casually/passively looking for a boat for it.

Thanks for trying Shuggy /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Just a thought but would an old cowling fit a newish outboard and does anyone have one ?

I reckon that a modern Honda (rounded silver minimalist thing) could be made to look retro by any decent graphic designer using vinyl. If you're not after the real thing that might be an option. [/bodge]
