New MPPT 100/20 just fitted it it worked for about 10 mins then came up with a 119 error data lost , goes on to say set to default, disconnect leave 3 mins and reconnect , I don't this five times now and still no luck .
Victrom been no help , not interested in talking to private customers, only help is contact dealer for help , U.K. Dealer won't help as I didn't buy it from them , it came from a company in Germany off Amzon , the best they can do is to email them , very very disappointed with Victrom .
anyone here have had the same problem .
In the end it looks like we going to have to send it back , not a easy task as we still cruising so it not a matter of going to a post office .
Any help guys .
 
Vic, err 119 is sometimes caused by incorrect user settings, hence the need to reset to factory defaults. If you have reset the controller to default settings and it still won't read the data i suspect you may have a faulty controller. How are you resetting it Vic ?
